興味深いのは、「脱原発」という立場を、自らの政治生命の延長につなげることのできる政治家が、どうやら、現状では菅さん以外に見当たらないことだ。
　理由は、菅さんが、無力だからだ。
　「無力」という言い方は、誤解を招くかもしれない。言い直す。要するに、菅直人という政治家は、通常の意味で言う権力基盤とは無縁なところから出てきた人だということだ。
